What will you do?
As a Diagnosis Specialist ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), you will solve complex technical issues on a daily basis with a focus on modern driver assistance systems. Think of calibrations, malfunctions and communication problems within systems such as cameras, radar and sensors.
You will support mechanics remotely via our helpdesk and take over vehicles remotely to carry out diagnoses and modifications. No day is the same: every car, system and fault requires a different approach.
You will work with all makes and vehicle types, documenting every fix and insight and actively contributing to the ever-increasing level of knowledge within the team. Think of it as a game in which you gain new levels every day. Together, you keep the level high.
Your tasks
- Resolve complex diagnostic and fault issues, with a focus on ADAS systems
- Support calibrations of camera, radar and sensor systems
- Provide technical support to mechanics in the garage
- Working with advanced (OEM) diagnostic tools and ADAS technologies
- Capturing diagnoses, fixes and technical insights
- Sharing knowledge with colleagues to become better together every day

- A passion for cars and/or technology
- Basic knowledge of automotive engineering (training or experience)

- Language knowledge: Dutch or English is required

Jifeline Remote Diagnostics is a pioneer in the automotive sector, where innovation and passion for cars come together. With us, you will work in one close-knit team on global, innovative remote diagnostics solutions. Every day, we handle around 600 vehicles at Jifeline Remote Diagnostics, taking over vehicles remotely via our online helpdesk. This allows you to perform such things as key programming, towbar coding and service resets without the vehicle having to leave the workshop.
With our remote interface (J-ReX), an OBD connector, a device such as a laptop, tablet or smartphone and a good internet connection, we support mechanics directly and efficiently. This saves time and costs. We combine technical expertise with user-friendly tools and direct communication, making complex diagnoses and adjustments simple and quick.
