What will you do?

This role offers you the unique opportunity to combine your technical knowledge and passion for cars in a job that is different every day. On a daily basis, you will support customers via chat with technical issues. What do you bring?
At Jifeline Remote Diagnostics, you can use your passion for cars and technology to make a real difference. If you are up for this, it is important that you have the following attributes;
- A passion for cars and/or engineering
- Demonstrable experience in automotive engineering and/or with automotive diagnostic tools
- Training as a first mechanic and/or technical specialist in passenger cars
- Dealer experience with brand specialisation and associated diagnostic tools
- Analytical thinking skills: As in gaming, where analytical thinking is crucial for success
- Computer skills: you effortlessly grasp computer programmes and are familiar with your brand's common tools
- Language knowledge: Dutch or English is required
- Team player: Alone you are faster, together you get further.

About Jifeline Remote Diagnostics
Jifeline Remote Diagnostics is a pioneer in the automotive sector, where innovation and passion for cars come together. With us, you will work in one close-knit team on global, innovative remote diagnostics solutions. Every day, we handle around 600 vehicles at Jifeline Remote Diagnostics, taking over vehicles remotely via our online helpdesk. This allows you to perform such things as key programming, towbar coding and service resets without the vehicle having to leave the workshop.
With our remote interface (J-ReX), an OBD connector, a device such as a laptop, tablet or smartphone and a good internet connection, we support mechanics directly and efficiently. This saves time and costs. We combine technical expertise with user-friendly tools and direct communication, making complex diagnoses and adjustments simple and quick.
