This update introduces multiple LED status colors and improved alerts, making it easier for workshop users to instantly understand the current status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From this release onwards, the J-ReX will visually communicate the ticket status using multiple LED colors. Existing indicators remain unchanged, while new colors provide clearer information about the current process and any required actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LED status colors<\/strong><br>\ud83d\udfe2 Flashing green: powered on (existing)<br>\ud83d\udd35 Solid blue: updating (existing)<br>\ud83d\udfe3 Solid purple: ticket in progress (new)<br>\ud83d\udd34 Solid red: ticket cancelled (new)<br>\ud83d\udfe2 Solid green: ticket completed (new)<br>\ud83d\udfe0 Flashing orange: action required (new)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u201caction required\u201d status is triggered when input from the workshop is needed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Improved action required status alerts by sound<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>When the LED flashes orange, it means your attention is required. The remote diagnostics operator needs your input before the session can continue.<br>&nbsp;<br>When the remote diagnostics operator needs your attention, the J-ReX will play an alert sound.
