Jifeline is a young, fast-growing company shaking up the international automotive world with a unique, innovative technology that allows diagnostic technicians to remotely access vehicles via the internet. Dealerships and garages are relieved without the vehicle having to leave the workshop. In addition, Jifeline already has more than 100 partners worldwide providing the same service using the Jifeline infrastructure.

Car Lock Systems (CLS) in Werkendam has the largest stock of original car keys and car locks on code for automotive companies throughout Europe. With a team of over 80 people, CLS processes and delivers around 1,000 custom-made orders per day within 24 hours on working days. CLS is the reliable preferred supplier of 40,000 customers in more than 15 countries in Europe.

Both companies are growing significantly and we are in the process of building a second office building, opposite the current one. Within the premises, there is an informal atmosphere and people work as one team. The organisations are developing rapidly and to further professionalise and structure them, we are looking for a:



 

What will you do?

As an IT support officer, you will be your colleagues' first point of contact for everything to do with IT. You will solve problems and take care of the installation, delivery, replacement and return of IT equipment. You also manage the main components in our IT environment, such as the Microsoft 365 environment, servers and the network. You have the mindset that preventing IT problems is better than solving them and consider cyber security important. You work closely with IT suppliers and enjoy explaining to colleagues how certain IT systems work.

We are busy further professionalising the IT environment and a number of interesting workplace and infrastructure projects are on the agenda. For example, we will soon be moving into new premises and we will be using Microsoft 365. You will participate in these projects and see this as an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge.

You will be part of a small team and report to the manager IT.

 

What do you bring?

For this vacancy, we are looking for an IT support employee who wants to take the next step in his/her career. You are eager to learn and have at least 3 years of work experience. You are result-oriented, eager to learn and have good communication skills. Furthermore, you have the following qualifications:

  • You have at least a completed MBO level 4 education in the IT field
  • You have worked with Microsoft 365 in recent years. You know your way around Microsoft tools like EntraID, Device Manager (Intune) and Defender.
  • Your English speaking, reading and writing skills are of a sufficient level to work with English-speaking suppliers and colleagues.
  • You will work 40 hours a week in day shift from Monday to Friday.

What do we offer you?

  • Salary depending on work experience between €3,000 and €3,500 gross per month based on full-time employment of 40 hours per week

  • A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment

  • 24 holiday days for full-time employment
