Jifeline is a young, fast-growing company shaking up the international automotive world with a unique, innovative technology that allows diagnostic technicians to remotely access vehicles via the internet. Dealerships and garages are relieved without the vehicle having to leave the workshop. In addition, Jifeline already has more than 100 partners worldwide providing the same service using the Jifeline infrastructure.

You are the HR Business Partner who will help Jifeline navigate through this transition phase. Together with a fellow HR manager, you will lead and shape the transformation of our HR department and help build Jifeline's future. With three more HR officers on board, now is the time to join forces in a central business office.

What we are looking for

  • Experience with HR software, pro is People Inc or BCS;
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a fast-growing organisation, you understand the challenges this brings;
  • You are a team player who takes our HR team to the next level with one clear task and mission;
  • You know how to develop and implement HR strategies that help us grow from a scale-up to a managed organisation;
  • You are the driving force behind initiatives that take not only our organisation, but also you as a professional, to the next level;
  • You have strong communication skills, both to the team and to management;
  • Flexibility and determination to bring structure and stability.

We provide

  • Salary scale between €4,500 and €6,000 based on 40 hours;
